Our consultancy team includes a range of in-house research and evaluation experts including epidemiologists, statisticians, demographer, quantitative economist and public health practitioner. We also have a team of fieldworkers and data capturers. The team is backstopped by a fieldwork project manager and communications manager who ensure that deadlines are met, and communication is maintained with the client throughout the process.

Braimoh Bello

Braimoh Bello is a research specialist who has worked across a number of local and international research and evaluation projects. He has over 15 years’ experience in research and evaluations with over 70 publications. He obtained an honours degree and a master’s degree in Medical Microbiology, and then the Master of Science in Medicine (Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from the University of the Witwatersrand, before proceeding to Utrecht University in the Netherlands for PHD studies. Although he cannot sing, Braimoh likes to sing. He enjoys watching football and comedies.

Research & Training Manager

Rosaline Pineteh

Rosaline Pineteh holds a BSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Public Health from Bournemouth University in the UK. Her research interests are in reproductive health and the use of data for action. She is proficient in research project implementation, as well as data analysis using statistical programmes including Stata. She has been involved in several projects which entailed monitoring and evaluation, tool development, data collection, data analysis, report writing and has co-authored seven project reports. She also supports CESAR’s training as an assistant facilitator.

Hlologelo Ramatsoma

Hlologelo Ramatsoma is a researcher at CESAR.  He holds a BSc (Hons) in Audiology from the University of Cape Town, and a Master of Public Health specializing in Biostatistics and Epidemiology – Monitoring & Evaluation from the University of Pretoria. He has experience working in the clinical, training, teaching, and research space. Hlologelo continues to contribute to existing scientific literature through peer-reviewed publications. When he is not working, he reads a lot, and travels as much as he can.

Dave Temane

Dave Temane is a research associate at CESAR. He holds a Masters of Social Science in Demography and Sustainable Development from the University of North West. He also completed a Masters Exchange Program at the Justus-Liebig University, Giessen, German. His research interest are in migration patterns and trends as well as socio-determinants of health. He has presented his research work at a couple of national and international research conferences. In his spare time, he enjoys engaging in political debates and watching football.

Dimakatso Mofokeng

Dimakatso Mofokeng is a digital marker with vast marketing experience in different industries. She holds a BCom Marketing Management degree from the University of Johannesburg. She brings colour and excitement to the research space with her work. One of her most favourite things to do is to play on new ideas to capture audiences and bringing life to concepts that seem basic and uninteresting. When not designing or building a creative concept, she enjoys being in nature and listening to music.

Lungile Dipa

Lungile Dipa is a seasoned administrative professional.  Her career spans across different sectors with the bulk of her experience being in the Further Education and Training sector. One who is not afraid to wear many hats, she thrives on getting the office organized and efficient. In her downtime she participates in several outdoor sports, cooks and is a big fan of crime novels.
